Fair Finance Philippines (FFPh) conducts bank policy assessments using the Fair Finance Guide International (FFGI) Methodology, which is a tool developed by Profundo and is based on international standards and initiatives. Using the FFGI methodology, it assesses and ranks the quality of financial institutions’ finance and investment policies regarding their principles on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. The assessment covers 10 themes, namely, Climate change, Corruption, Gender equality, Human Rights, Labor Rights, Nature, and Taxes, and operational themes of Transparency and Accountability, Consumer Protection and Financial Inclusion.
